The Parish Finance Council assists the pastor in evaluating and formulating the parish’s needs for present and long-range financial support. It assists the pastor in preparing the annual budget of income and expenses, and helps monitor the budget during the fiscal year with quarterly reports. The Finance Council meets quarterly, and more often as needed. Nominees are selected by the Parish Council, then appointed by the pastor in consultation with the presidents of the parish and finance councils. |
